Sketches and precise discussions are often sufficient to determine whether the model or the article needs to be produced through manual actions, milling, vacuum moulding, deep drawing or pressing, soft or hard foam or with elastic moulding compounds.

Our company also keeps a close eye on environmental protection as soon as a drawing is first embodied in a model. If models are digitalised, the resulting data can be processed using CAD methods. We can then take the best path to efficiently reach the production stage via prototype parts, pre-production series and tool construction.
